During the guarantee period if your machine is found to be in need of attention owing to problems caused through faulty components and/or poor workmanship, we will arrange repair of your machine at no charge. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights and will apply only to machines purchased for use in the UK mainland and used for normal domestic purposes, and does not cover consumable items such as: needles, needle threaders, bobbins, light bulbs, belts, loopers, blades etc - as stated on the manufacturers guarantee document.
All products are fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee, details of which are included with each new sewing machine.
All machines are to be returned to base.
Very often, problems on sewing machines and overlockers are down to user error. Customers who have purchased their machine from TSM Ltd. can use the above phone number for help and advice. If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, while under the manfactures guarantee our collection - repair facility will be quickly arranged. Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to us. However if the fault is due to misuse or neglect then a charge will be applied to rectify the problem including delivery. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Any extended warranties are subject to the machine having been serviced every 2 years, failure to do this will void any warranty
TSM reserves the right to discontinue or change products and/or prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Errors in advertised prices are not binding & may be adjusted at any time.
TSM is concerned about our customers best interests, we will not lend, trade, rent, sell or distribute mailing lists with any customer information. Your name, address, phone number and any other information provided to us will not be used for any other purposes other than the business you conduct with TSM Ltd.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environment protection.
Both Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd and our customers can assist in recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment.
If you return it we can recycle it, so our customers have an important role to play in helping us recycle.
Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd will undertake their responsibility as both a Producer and a Distributor to dispose of these goods in line with European legislation.
How do I know if my product is covered?

If the symbol shown here is found on any of your goods, it means that the product is covered by the WEEE Regulations.
How do I recycle my old products?
It means that you can return waste electrical equipment to Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd when you are purchasing a new product from us under our distributor obligations. It has to be like for like (i.e. A sewing machine for a sewing machine).
When you have finished with a WEEE product, please do not put in your domestic waste bin, as it will not be recycled.
Please contact us on 020-8574-1750 to arrange a convenient time for you to deliver the old item back to us, thus we can recycle at no cost to you. Alternatively you can use your local council WEEE recycling depot
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.
- You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the product(s).
- You pay the return delivery charges.
- Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be refunded within 30 days from the point of sale.
- Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
- Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal.
- There is a 20% re-stocking fee
If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria are not met, we will return them to the customer and also charge the customers payment method for the value of the carriage.
If goods are found to be faulty, damaged in transit or sent in error, please return to our shop with copy of invoice and we will advise.
